Thanks Christopher. But this setup of 8.5.3(message recall) and TrendMicro are co-existing for the past 3 or 4 years. There's no change. Also, our mail files are all hosted on the server, not on client machine and as mentioned earlier we don't have any AV running on the servers.
Other mails can be recalled even now. Why only this email is the question?
